The Process:

As a first step, it all starts with a simple phone call, seeking to understand your expectations, requirements and what you are seeking to achieve.

This initial information helps prepare for a further consultation to ensure you get the most from our initial meeting, which can be over the phone or face to face where permitted.

Once we have identified a working match of the services to be provided a service agreement is presented. This will outline the time frame, appointment conditions of service with a complete overview of services provided as well as costs to you. This  information remains confidential not getting shared with any third parties unless agreed upon.

Fees will vary depending on the type of service being provided, as well as your buying or selling budget. Each agreement has a set time frame. Fees are typically outlined in our service agreement with an initial upfront fee payable once a service agreement is executed, with the balance upon a successful purchase or sale.
